Payment responsibility

Plan ahead with confidence.

Students are responsible for ensuring tuition and fees are paid by published deadlines. Payment plans are available. Unpaid balances may result in enrollment holds or transcript delays.

Refunds for dropped courses or withdrawal follow a prorated schedule tied to the academic calendar. No refunds are issued after the withdrawal period.

OCC may periodically offer institutional scholarships and grants based on financial need, academic merit, ministry involvement, or partnership eligibility.
